Generating images with BrazeAITM
You can generate images for your own media library using DALL·E 3, an AI system from OpenAI and a Braze third-party provider. This let’s you create realistic images and art from a description in natural language. Each request generates four variations of your prompt, and your company can generate images 10 times per day. This total applies to all users in your company.
About the media library
The media library allows you to manage your assets in a single, centralized location. To access your Braze media library, go to THIS > Templates. For more detailed information, see Media library.
Generating an image
- Go to your media library, then select AI Image Generator.
- Enter a description of the image you want to generate, up to 300 characters. The more detailed the description, the better your result. This feature only supports text input—uploading an image as a reference isn’t available.
- Select Generate Images. It can take about a minute for images to generate.
- Select on the images you would like to add to your media library.
How is my data used and sent to OpenAI?
In order to generate AI output through Braze AI features that Braze identifies as leveraging OpenAI (“Output”), Braze will send your prompt, such as message content, brand guidelines, past campaign data, or any other input, as applicable (“Input”) to OpenAI. Input sent to OpenAI from Braze does not identify you or your Users unless you choose to include uniquely identifiable information in your Input. Per OpenAI’s API platform commitments, data sent to OpenAI’s API via Braze is not used to train or improve OpenAI models and will be deleted after 30 days by OpenAI from their systems. Between you and Braze, Output is your intellectual property. Braze will not assert any claims of copyright ownership on such Output. Braze makes no warranty of any kind with respect to any AI-generated content generally, including Output.
