Braze Certification
Braze offers Braze Certification and skills badges to validate your expertise with the platform. Available Credentials are listed on the Braze Certification page.
Get certified
There are three steps to earn a Credential: select a Braze Certification type, prepare with recommended study resources, and then register and complete your exam on Certiverse.
Step 1: Choose a Braze Certification
Visit the Braze Certification page to choose a Braze Certification or skills badge.
Step 2: Prepare for your exam
Each credential links to recommended Braze Learning paths and study materials on the Braze Certification page. From the dashboard, go to Support > Braze Learning, or sign in to Braze Learning directly to study before you register on Certiverse.
Step 3: Register and take your exam
Exams are scheduled and delivered through Certiverse. Registration steps, proctoring setup, and technical requirements are described on Certiverse and on the Braze Certification page. Before your exam, confirm your system meets Certiverse proctoring requirements.
After you pass
When you pass an exam, you receive a digital credential and related program benefits. How results are reported, how skills badges are issued, and what you can do with your credential are covered in the frequently asked questions on the Braze Certification page. To view or manage skills badges you have already earned, sign in to Credly.
Recertification
Braze Certifications must be kept current over time. Renewal steps and how to check your status are maintained in the Recertification guide on Braze Learning.
Policies and program details
Exam fees, retakes, cancellations, accommodations, non-English exams, candidate agreements, and other program rules are updated on Braze Learning and in the handbook. For current policies, see the frequently asked questions on the Braze Certification page and the Braze Certification Program Handbook (downloadable on the Braze Certification page).

For program questions, policy clarifications, or accommodation requests, refer to the Braze Certification Program Handbook or email [email protected].
