File support tickets with BrazeAI Operator
Learn how to file support tickets directly from BrazeAI OperatorTM without leaving the Braze dashboard.
How to file a ticket
- Ask Operator a question, then select File a support ticket (or ask Operator to file one).
- Fill in the title and description of the issue.
- Review the suggested attachments and context to include.
- Review and select Submit.
Auto-included context
When filing a ticket from Operator, the following context is automatically included:
- Recent messages from the Operator chat session
- Page context from the active page when Operator was opened
- Workspace name
- Relevant logs and session details
You can add additional context manually using the text field or by attaching files.
Tips for faster resolution
- Add a detailed description of the steps to reproduce the issue.
- Include relevant error messages or unexpected behavior.
- Review the auto-suggested attachments before submitting.
