We actively work to bring diverse backgrounds and experiences to roles across Braze.
Braze Cares is an initiative that focuses on charitable giving and fostering opportunities for our employees to volunteer. We encourage all employees to “Be a Human” and give back to their communities through activities including our annual Volunteer Week. We’ve also joined the Pledge 1%, and will allot 1% of company equity to a charitable donor-advised fund over the next 10 years.
