Here at Braze, we've known from the beginning that our most valuable asset is our people. That's why we’re honored to be recognized at #13 to Crain’s 2021 Best Places to Work in New York City for the third year in a row.

The Best Places to Work in New York City award program, now in its 14th year, is dedicated to identifying and recognizing the city’s best employers. Employees across all five boroughs participate in the evaluation, with respondents assessing work environment, leadership, benefits, and company culture. The process is managed by the independent research firm Best Companies Group, which distributes the surveys, analyzes the data, and determines the final company rankings.

At Braze, we want all of our employees to feel encouraged, inspired, and excited every day at work. Even in the midst of an unpredictable year, we’ve maintained our company culture and our focus on welcoming, supporting, and nurturing employees both new and tenured employees. We’ve been fortunate enough to continue hiring throughout the past year and recently reached an employee base of 900 people worldwide, making our company-wide focus on building and sustaining strong teams even more important.

This isn’t the first time our dedication to maintaining a strong workplace culture has been recognized. Earlier this year, Braze was named a Great Place to Work for Millennials and Women in the UK by Fortune and Great Places to Work. But none of this would be possible without the dedication of our employees, who collectively shape our workplace culture by living our values of curiosity, inclusivity, and embracing humanity.
