Our CSMs

Caro Krogoll

Caro joined the Braze Berlin team where she manages a mix of clients from gaming to ride-sharing to video streaming. Prior to Braze, she worked for one of our biggest clients leading the CRM Tech Team and managing the technical infrastructure across various countries and brands.

Mai Tran

Mai joined Braze after several years of using the platform as a client. She now harnesses her expertise to empower CRM Managers across EMEA, embracing every opportunity to work with different brands and communication strategies.

Josh Li

Josh joined Braze after years of working in digital media. He is now part of the team in London, helping clients from an array of industries level up their customer engagement with industry-leading technology.

Lillian Pollard

Lillian partners with hyper growth start up brands across a variety of industries from our Chicago office. Prior to Braze, she spent time as an implementation specialist in the MarTech space.

Karin Dgana

Karin manages some of our fastest-growing digital-first brands on how to push the boundaries of their customer engagement with our technology. When she's not hyper-focused on optimizing the customer experiences for her clients, Karin is perfecting her Georgian cooking.

Thomas Kim

TK enjoys developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive consumer engagement across global brands in the gaming, on-demand, and tech space.
