Braze Named a 2021 Best Workplace for Millennials by Fortune and Great Place to Work

That’s why we are excited to announce that Braze has been named as one of the Best Workplaces for Millennials in 2021 (ranking 23 out of 100) by Fortune and people analytics firm Great Place to Work. To assemble this year's Best Workplaces for Millennials, Great Place to Work® gathered and analyzed confidential survey responses from more than 5.3 million employees at Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations.

So what makes Braze one of the best places for Millennials to work? We asked one of our Millennial employees, Magith Noohukhan, Evangelist at Braze. “To start with, Braze has a global presence that gives me the opportunity to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds, bringing with them a variety of perspectives and experiences, and that helps me learn from everyone,” Noohukhan told us. “ We have exceptional learning and development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement and targeted trainings, to help support everyone’s professional growth—in my case, I was able to get professional training to uplevel my storytelling and presentation skills, which comes in hand every time I speak at conferences or events.”
