We’re proud to announce that Braze has been ranked #1 on Fortune’s Best Small and Medium Workplaces in New York! This is the second year in a row Braze has made the list, coming in at #6 last year. Braze was founded in New York City, and NYC has been our home and headquarters for over a decade, making this recognition especially meaningful.

The Best Workplaces in New York list is based on a rigorous selection process, which is based on stringent criteria and validated employee feedback via a partnership with people analytics firm Great Place to Work®. The list is determined using Great Place to Work's For All methodology to evaluate and certify thousands of organizations in America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study, and based on over 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing more than 6.1 million employees, this year alone. 

Culture has always been a critical component of our DNA here at Braze. We at Braze have always recognized that our strongest, most valuable feature is our people. It’s our people who build our products, sell them, service them, and help us run a successful business.
