Built In, the largest platform for technology professionals globally, recognized Braze on a number of lists including Chicago Best Places to Work, Chicago Best Paying Companies, Chicago Best Large Companies to Work For, NYC Best Large Companies to Work For, SF Best Places to Work, and SF Best Large Companies to Work For.

Now in its fourth year, Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits, and companywide programming. The program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and other people-first offerings.
