Most marketers already have access to powerful models, and they're increasingly focused on building in agentic tools like Claude and ChatGPT alongside their custom internal platforms. These agentic tools are often where briefs get written, campaign results are defined, and strategic decisions get made. But the process that follows can force marketers to move out of one workflow into another, rebuilding context from scratch.
BrazeAI Operator™ Connect, now available in limited Beta, is designed to close the gap. It brings BrazeAI Operator™ into the agentic tools and internal platforms where your team already works, so you can analyze performance, build campaigns, Canvases, and segments, and get the answers you need, grounded in your own Braze workspace.
A marketing harness that makes AI useful
As base AI models improve and standardize, long-term value shifts to the surrounding infrastructure. This is the harness: The context management, workflow orchestration, proprietary data, feedback loops, permissions, and evaluations that turn raw model intelligence into reliable business outcomes. Braze has spent 15 years refining this foundation, and Operator is how marketers put it to work. Operator Connect extends that capability into the software you use every day.
Operator Connect operates as a managed cloud agent platform for Operator. When you issue a prompt, your external agent delegates the task to Operator as a specialized sub-agent. Operator then executes the work inside Braze, governed by your user permissions.
This system relies on three core operational principles:
- Braze intelligence across your stack: Retrieve workspace-aware answers and trigger actions within external applications. The Operator accessible via Claude uses the same foundation as the Operator inside your Braze dashboard.
- Programmatic platform control: Developers and technical marketers can integrate internal custom agents or proprietary tools directly into Braze.
- Native permission governance: Every interaction authenticates at the individual user level. If a user lacks permission to perform an action directly inside Braze, they cannot trigger it through Operator Connect.
How marketers can drive value with Operator Connect
Bringing customer engagement data and orchestration into the tools you already use isn’t just convenient; it can also drive increased speed and efficiency, allowing you to uplevel your marketing work and see stronger results. Some of the concrete benefits include:
1. Plan and build in one conversation
With Operator Connect, a marketer in Claude can ask: “Analyze last week’s email campaigns against our benchmarks and draft this week’s plan.” Operator answers from real Braze data, then drafts the campaigns in Braze for review. Analysis, planning, and build happen in a single thread.
2. Turn a brief into a build
Many teams already have a campaign or lifecycle brief in another tool. With Operator Connect, you can hand that brief to Operator and instruct it to build against it, setting up the journey, messages, and supporting assets, and flag where the brief does not match what exists in your workspace. A draft can be ready for review the same day.
3. Work with Operator as a teammate
Marketing teams work collaboratively in a number of tools. With Operator Connect, teams can communicate in a shared Slack channel, allowing them to ask what worked last time, align on an approach, and watch Operator build the first version where everyone can see it.
Stitch, a Braze solutions partner, is already seeing positive early results with their clients:
"Leveraging Operator Connect using Braze MCP has already proven to be an exciting development for our customers. By accelerating workflows, we see it increasing speed-to-market by up to 90%, enabling even more experimentation and innovation.”

Trust in an execution harness requires proven reliability. Braze has spent over 15 years developing a platform built specifically for enterprise marketers. That focus informs how Operator can interpret campaign structures, handle strict permission boundaries, and scale to support global brands. Operator Connect simply extends that native infrastructure into the rest of your daily software stack.
