He has a special interest in personalization and recommender systems and works with AWS customers and partners on integrating these solutions into their customer experiences. Prior to joining AWS, James spent nearly three decades designing, architecting, and building software systems across the e-commerce, social media analytics, social CRM, health care, and energy storage industries. He specializes in cloud-native architectures involving complex integrations and machine learning capabilities.

David Bielik is a Product Manager for Braze mobile messaging and SDKs. Before Braze, David worked as a PM for an A/B Testing and Analytics SaaS product.

Ashley is a Product Marketing Manager at Braze in NYC. When she’s not knee-deep in Canvas content, she’s probably sorting her books by color, writing horoscopes, or hanging out with her cat Gracie and dog Louise.
