This report evaluated 12 email service providers (ESPs) across 22 criteria, spanning personalization, deliverability, legacy technology integration, content management, artificial intelligence, community, pricing flexibility, transparency, and more.
Braze received the highest possible scores across five criteria, including partner ecosystem, legacy technology integration, community, number of customers, and pricing flexibility & transparency. Specifically, Forrester writes that Braze “Strives to help marketers ‘be absolutely engaging’ by forging human connections between consumers and the brands they love. A large partner network, online support community, and straightforward pricing all contribute to Braze’s verve.”
