Founded in Brisbane in 1989, The Coffee Club has become Australia’s largest café franchise and has expanded globally across nine countries, with upwards of 40 million annual customers.
Although The Coffee Club as a brick-and-mortar business was healthy and growing, they were playing catch up in the digital space as they struggled to activate their customer database due to having multiple disconnected communications platforms and third-party vendors. In Braze, they found the right partner to help bring their loyalty program in-house spearheaded by a new app, while centralizing their communications into a single platform to grow sales from their loyalty customers.
Jimmy, CRM & Digital Manager at the Coffee Club, will explain how implementing Braze enabled The Coffee Club to tackle their two main areas of focus: driving sales directly from communications via barcoded in-app and email-based coupons that are seamlessly integrated into their point-of-sale system, and increasing reviews of their newly developed in-house app.
