Braze is Named a Leader in Cross-Channel Campaign Management

As part of this selection process, Forrester evaluated 13 cross-channel campaign management solutions across 30 key criteria. Braze received the highest scores in two of the report's three main categories:
Strategy: In the report, Forrester notes that Braze "impresses with its vision to forge human connections between customers and brands."
Market presence: “Braze has well more than 100 customers in each of a diverse range of vertical sectors, including retail and e-commerce, health and lifestyle, financial services, telecommunications, media, and publishing… it has an established presence in all major geographies, and 15% of its customers are enterprises," the Forrester report states.

Earning this recognition as a Leader in cross-channel campaign management comes on the heels of Braze being selected as a Leader in the "The Forrester Wave™: Mobile Engagement Automation, Q3 2020," earning the highest scores in both the report's Current Offering and Strategy (tied) categories.
In The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management (Independent Platforms), Q3 2021, Forrester notes that Braze has built on our success with mobile engagement automation to tackle the needs of cross-channel campaign management (CCCM). The report goes on to say: “[Braze] sets this study’s benchmark for the largest CCCM install base, because nearly 60% of its customers use its solution for at least three channels.”
