
Just five years after we opened our first office in the APAC market in Singapore, our presence in the region is growing. Building off of this year’s acquisition of North Star and the official launch of Braze Australia, we’re pleased to announce the debut of a brand new Braze office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
We’ve fostered close relationships with the Braze community in Indonesia over the last five years, including hosting two major Get Real with Braze events in collaboration with marketing leaders from Tiket.com, Pintu, Sayurbox, Pinhome, PT Bank Jago Tbk, Bukalapak, MIFX, and Merkle Indonesia. The establishment of a local office allows us to closely align our technology and people on the ground with Indonesian enterprises and take our partnerships to the next level.
On September 20, 2023, we celebrated this important milestone with a launch event in Jakarta, where our customers and partners in the region had the chance to meet with the Braze Indonesia team in person, get updates on the Braze product roadmap, and unlock marketing and customer engagement insights from leading Indonesian brands. We look forward to enabling our Braze users in Indonesia to forge stronger connections with their customers.
