Jennie Park
Product Marketing Manager at BrazeAt Braze (formerly Appboy), we’re focused on building the best customer engagement platform out there, supporting brilliant messaging experiences across devices, channels, and platforms. What does that mean for you? That we’re constantly innovating and improving upon our product so that you never miss out on an opportunity to connect with your customers.
Here’s what we’ve been up to this month:
Mobile-responsive email templates
Emails that fail to render correctly on mobile can undermine the effectiveness of the message and make recipients check out—now marketers can ensure that no email lands in the trash.
Here at Braze, we’re constantly finding new ways to create better, more personalized customer experiences. That’s why we created 16 brand new, mobile-responsive email templates, one for every email occasion—from newsletters to events.
Enhanced security and scalability with Okta single sign-on
Brands can now use Okta, an identity cloud management provider, to control Dashboard access. With Okta, users can easily and securely access applications from any device, anywhere, anytime, through single-sign on, multi-factor authentication, and integrated identity and mobility management. The introduction of Okta to the Braze platform is critical for Enterprise clients or clients looking to build scalable, airtight, identity and access management systems.
Anything else?
Keep checking back here to stay up to date on releases, updates, and announcements now, and throughout the rest of the year. In the meantime, check out our new and improved Braze Quarterly Roundup to see what we’ve been up to as a company.
