No, really. An actual, Braze-original, “choose your own marketing journey” story built in Canvas and delivered to you through multiple channels, from email to Slack to in-browser messages. Because just like life—and just like Canvas—the duties of a marketer often take a rather surprising route. We’ll be exploring those ups and downs, twists and turns, and all the projects in between through the lens of a marketer like you.

So meet Jenny, the protagonist of our story. She’s a marketer tasked with using Braze to decrease churn, generate revenue, and meet whatever goals her boss makes up on the fly from week to week (or hour to hour). Follow her journey from her first day at Politer Weekly (a made-up news brand invented by Braze) all the way to a post-crisis post-mortem meeting. We’ll dig into her Braze Canvas strategies (and how she got up to speed on the customer journey builder feature), how she plans to pitch SMS to her boss, and how she determines the best mix of channels for different campaigns. You’ll play the role of a more experienced Braze user, helping her along the way with questions big and small when she reaches out for guidance.
