Troubleshooting partner connections
If the integration requires setup on the Braze side, log in to your Braze dashboard and navigate to Partner Integrations > Technology Partners.
Fully partner-owned integrations may not be listed here. Refer to the partner-specific documentation to verify integration ownership and configuration steps.
If you see Invalid credentials for a partner in Braze but the integration looks correct in that partner’s dashboard, disconnect and reconnect the integration on the Technology Partners page and confirm API keys, OAuth tokens, and permissions on the partner side.
Some external dashboards (for example, deliverability or inbox monitoring tools) can show a different connection or verification status than the Braze Technology Partners page. Use the partner tile in Braze for the connection state Braze relies on for sync and sending.
