Last year alone, we triggered over 2.6 trillion messages and other Canvas actions to over 6 billion monthly active users worldwide (as of January 31, 2024). This year, we are building new tools to further support marketers as they grow globally.

As one example, our new Multi-Language Composition feature simplifies workflows for building customer journeys and brand equity across regions. This feature enhances our platform's ability to deliver personalized, culturally relevant messages across diverse regions at scale.

    Secure, privacy-first capabilities

    Safeguarding your customer’s data across your marketing ecosystems requires robust security and sophisticated user management. It's crucial to utilize user access controls to ensure a secure and trustworthy environment for distributed teams, centers of excellence, decentralized models, and customers simultaneously.

    At Braze, that means maintaining standards in data privacy and cybersecurity practices, as demonstrated by our SOC II and ISO 27001 certifications, as well as feature updates that enable more secure workstreams for our customers.

    We are always building to enhance marketers’ security, launching new features that keep Braze marketers at the forefront of secure engagement. New features we’re launching include:

    • Roles, which introduces a simplified and de-risked permissions structure to enhance security controls for admins setting up Braze users.
    • Just-in-time Provisioning streamlines the setup for new team members and enhances security by ensuring timely access control and reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
    • PII Custom Attributes enhance data privacy and governance controls by preventing unauthorized access to your brand’s customized sensitive information.
    • Data Deletion preferences boost data protection and privacy by anonymizing personally identifiable information (PII) in customer events and messages based on end-user consent.
    • Additionally, CDI Segments reduce risk without sacrificing personalization by securely using a zero-copy data approach to pull directly from your data warehouse to target specific demographics. This feature enhances data warehouse access for marketers, enabling them to swiftly construct detailed audience segments while minimizing overhead and operational costs.

    Confident User Experience

    Braze is committed to building a better user experience, with features that allow for detailed planning, seamless team collaboration, and refined execution. With this release, we’re creating additional features to help marketers eliminate rework and make proactive quality assurance simple before launching a campaign—at a time when a single customer interaction can make or break retention.

    Our newest feature to help marketers achieve this is Preview User Paths, which enable marketers to more meticulously test complex multi-stage journeys before running them, allowing for adjustments and team input at every step.
