Braze Earns Customer Service Award 5th Year in a Row

What motivates Braze employees to show up and do our very best day by day and week by week? It's our customers. For a lot of us, getting to play a role in helping them use the Braze platform to drive stronger outcomes and build deeper relationships with their users is a really powerful experience.

We’re all proud of the work we do here to make our customers’ success stories possible, but it doesn’t hurt to have industry leaders tell us that we’re doing an exceptional job—especially when we’re recognized on a regular basis. For the fifth year in a row, Braze has received the NorthFace ScoreBoard (NFSB) Award from Customer Experience (CX) specialists Customer Relationship Management Institute LLC (CRMI). The award is given to companies based on real-time feedback from their own customers, which makes it even more special.

The NFSB award, now in its 23rd year, is presented annually to companies that achieve excellence in customer service during the calendar year. The award methodology created by CRMI measures customer satisfaction with services and product satisfaction—such as features, reliability, and cost of ownership—on a five-point scale (or an equivalent rating system) in such services categories as technical support, field service, customer service, account management, and other customer-facing functions. The NFSB award recipients' units achieved a 4.0 or above out of a possible 5.0 or an equivalent rating system such as NPS.

“Recognition like the NFSB award reminds us of the real reason why we do what we do: To make the best experience for our customers when they need us the most,” said Molly Lisenco, VP, Global Technical Support at Braze. “Being able to get real, honest, and transactional feedback from our customers truly helps build and shape our team processes, workflows, and culture. It should also be stated that we couldn’t have done this for the fifth year in a row without the unsung heroes of our Support team who innately and genuinely understand the vital role they play as technical champions for our customers. A major congratulations are in order to the team for consistently defining and redefining what great customer experiences look like.”
