UK Addendum Amendment to your existing DPA

The UK’s Information Commissioner has published a UK Addendum that allows transfers from the UK to countries without an adequacy finding to occur relying on a UK Addendum to the 2021 EU SCCs. Braze relies on the UK Addendum for relevant transfers from the UK.

If you have a DPA in place with Braze that incorporates the 2021 EU SCCs but not the UK Addendum, you are welcome to either sign the UK Addendum Amendment below or sign the updated DPA.

In either case, please download the applicable document, complete on the document in block capital letters your company’s full legal name and signatory details, and sign and return it by email to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the validly completed DPA or UK Addendum Amendment by Braze, dated and signed by you, at this email address, the DPA or UK Addendum Amendment will become legally binding.
