This year’s Long-Term Relationships (LTR) conference explored the intersection of machine learning with human empathy, creativity, and intelligence when it comes to customer engagement. We brought together a community of like-minded experts who embrace change as a prerequisite for long-term success One key pillar of that kind of success? Teamwork.
This session will cover:
Behind every successful brand there’s a successful, tight-knit team running the show. But what’s often overlooked is that the teams that make up a top-flight organization rarely come together seamlessly overnight. From assembling cross-functional teams to working effectively across different internal groups, this kind of success takes planning, care, and careful communication—but, too often, we cue up the highlights reel instead of looking seriously at what it took to make it to the top of the podium.
We spoke with experts from MINDBODY, ParkMobile, Pizza Hut, and The Guardian to explore how they built and equipped their teams for better performance and transparency. The fact is, creating a culture of communication into teams isn’t something that happens on its own. It requires a healthy amount of strategy, maintenance, and, sometimes, a bit of a wake-up call. One piece of advice: you can fix lousy technology but you can’t fix lousy people.
Technology is only advancing. As marketers, we need to realize our teams need to change as well. Check out more ways brands can create successful, sustainable growth by exploring what happened at this year’s LTR.
