Today, Built In announced that Braze was honored with six mentions in its 2024 Best Places To Work Awards. Specifically, Braze was recognized on the Best Large Places to Work lists across Austin [#24], Chicago [#39], New York [#55], and San Francisco [#57], and also earned a place on Austin’s [#47] and Chicago’s [#82] Best Places to Work.

The annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprises, and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies in large tech markets across the US.

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data that covers compensation and benefits. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria such as remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI, and other people-first cultural offerings.
