Braze is a complex tool that can allow you to send an amazing range of campaigns that take your customers and users through professional, tailored, and personalized journeys that not only get you the results you want, but the results they want. No surprises, no unwanted contact, no annoying contact—just you letting your customers know that you care about what they want from you.
Because of Braze’s beautiful complexity, we recommend the several reading paths that will enable you to best utilize our platform to your advantage. There’s no need to follow these exactly—cater them to your needs! These reading paths assume that you’ve already completed your integration and set up for your messaging channels, so the readings in the Onboarding with Braze section aren’t included.
Don’t forget that you can always access and take Braze Learning courses once you have access to the Braze platform. We highly recommend this in conjunction with these reading paths.
