Deleting Braze account users
Learn how to delete users in your company account.
To delete a user, go to Settings > Company Users, find their username and click Delete.
note:
If you are using the older navigation, Company Users is called Manage Users and is located under your account icon.
After a user is deleted, Braze does not keep any of the following data:
- Any attributes that the user had
- Email address
- Phone number
- External user ID
- Gender
- Country
- Language
- Other similar data
