Compliance Documentation for Shopify Integration

The following additional terms apply in relation to Customer’s use of Shopify integration in connection with the Braze Services (“Shopify Integration”):

Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by any applicable terms and conditions, policies, guidelines, and documentation of the Shopify Inc. or any of its Affiliates (“Shopify”) applicable to the use of the Shopify Integration.

Customer acknowledges that Shopify may at any time and at its sole discretion: (i) require that Braze disable or block Customer’s access to the Shopify Integration; or (ii) stop providing, suspend or terminate Customer’s access to the Shopify Integration. Braze shall have no responsibility with regards to Shopify ceasing to provide access to the Shopify Integration to Customer or through the Braze Services generally.

Disclaimer

Without limiting the generality of any Customer obligations under the Agreement, and for the avoidance of doubt, Customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations and providing legally adequate privacy notices in connection with its use and obtaining all legally required consents and authorizations for the use of Shopify Integration.
