Compliance Documentation for Audience Sync (“Audience Sync”)

The following additional terms apply to Customer’s use of Audience Sync.

Applicable Third-Party Provider Terms

Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by any applicable terms and conditions, policies, guidelines, and documentation of the Third-Party Providers that Customer utilizes in connection with any Audience Sync integrations.

Customer acknowledges that Third-Party Providers may review, screen, and/or remove any data, ads, or content used in connection with their services.

General terms

Without limiting the generality of any Customer obligations under the Agreement, and for the avoidance of doubt, Customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations and providing legally adequate privacy notices in connection with its use of this Channel and obtaining all legally required consents and authorizations for the use of Audience Sync.
